Your competitors are measurable. Most of them haven’t noticed.
A monthly report on the med spas within three miles of your door — what they charge, what their patients complain about, who they are hiring, and whether an AI assistant recommends them instead of you. Every figure traces to a record we can show you.

Named by AI
Drawn from the current edition’s market map. Your own report covers a three-mile radius rather than a town boundary, and adds pricing, review themes, promotions, hiring and Maps rank.
Not in this edition’s map. The six suburbs above are mapped in full; the lookup here carries a sample of them. If your clinic isn’t listed, that is a gap in this page, not a finding about you — tell us where you are and we will run your radius.

Four questions your dashboard cannot answer
Your own analytics tell you about you. These are the questions that are only answerable from outside your walls — and each one is measured, not estimated.
Does an assistant recommend you, or someone else?
When a patient asks ChatGPT, Gemini or Claude for the best med spa in your town, the answer names three or four businesses. We ask the questions patients actually ask, three times each, and report which clinics get named — per question, and per assistant.
Measured per question. The assistants disagree with each other by a factor of three.
Who is discounting, and how deep?
Paid offers running on Facebook and Instagram right now, taken from Meta’s public ad library. An advertised price is the number a competitor is willing to put in front of a stranger — usually below their menu, and always the one a patient compares you against.
Every offer verifiable under the advertiser’s own name.
What do patients complain about here?
Across every review we hold, price and value draws criticism in 34% of the reviews that raise it and scheduling in 24% — against 6% for results and technique. The complaint in this market is cost and booking, not clinical quality.
Counted, never quoted. No individual is ever named.
Who is expanding before it becomes visible?
Staffing moves months ahead of anything a patient can see. A competitor advertising for an injector is committing to capacity long before their treatment menu changes — and job listings are public.
Attribution refused rather than guessed. Unnamed beats named wrongly.
What this report refuses to claim
The reason to trust the numbers is the list below. Anyone can produce a confident-looking market summary; the difference is what it declines to say.
- No price table Competitors publish different services in different units, so there is no honest row where every clinic compares on the same thing. We report who publishes prices and who does not, and link every figure to the page it came from.
- No quotes Low-star reviews are frequently mixed, and pulling a “representative” sentence out of one misrepresents it. Criticism is counted; it is not quoted.
- No revenue No competitor’s revenue, ad spend, conversion or patient count is ever inferred. Where a competitor makes a move, we name the observable signals we will track — and say plainly which things cannot be seen at all.
- No first-month trend Movement over time does not exist in a first edition. Where a section needs a second capture to say anything, it says exactly that instead of filling the space.
Start with the general read. Continue only if it earns it.
The audit is this market as we see it today. The subscription is the same instrument, pointed at what you actually care about.

Four things we had to assume about you
Every report makes these four choices on your behalf, because you haven’t told us yet. They are the difference between a general read and a report built for your business.
