Privacy

Short version: we collect what you type into the form, we use it to build your report and talk to you about it, and we do not sell it, rent it, or add you to a list. There is no advertising tracker on this site.

What we collect from you

Only if you fill in the form or book a call:

• Your name, clinic name, email, and phone if you give it. Phone is optional and the form works without it.
• Your four answers — your real trade area, the competitors that matter to you, your top revenue services, and what you want watched. These exist to make your report yours instead of generic.

We use these to build and send your report and to talk to you about it. Nothing else. We do not sell or share this with anyone, and we do not add you to a marketing list you did not ask for.

What happens automatically

• Spam protection. The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a submission comes from a person rather than a script. It does not track you across other sites.
• Server logs. Our host records ordinary request information — time, page, rough location, browser — as any web server does. We do not build profiles from it.
• Payments. If you buy, Stripe handles the payment and holds the card details. We never see or store your card number.
• Booking. If you book a call, Cal.com handles the scheduling and holds what you enter there.

Where clinic data comes from

The market data in our reports — listings, ratings, review counts and text, published prices, public job postings, publicly running ads, map positions, and the answers AI assistants give — is collected from public sources. It is the same information any member of the public could look up. We do not buy private data, we do not scrape anything behind a login, and we do not submit forms or enquiries to clinics to obtain information.

If you run a clinic and want it excluded from our reports, ask and we will exclude it. You do not need to be a customer to ask.

How long we keep it

We keep what you send us for as long as you are a customer or a live enquiry, and for a reasonable period afterwards for our own records. Ask us to delete it and we will, other than anything we are required to retain for accounting.

Your requests

Ask us what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask for deletion. We will do it. There is no form and no process to follow — just ask.
